Groundbreaking on Our Expansion! 06/29/2023
Plas-Tech Engineering broke ground on the new expansion with the support of Senator Stephen Nass, Lake Geneva Mayor Charlene Klein, and many more leaders from the community. We look forward to the new 25,000 sq. ft. addition to our building which will create dozens of new job opportunities for Lake Geneva and its neighboring communities. Expansion UPDATE! 12/21/2022
As Plas-Tech continues to evolve, we continuously require more space and resources. As of this notification, we have officially broken all records in output and employee count (despite the pandemic!). Our full-scale expansion is underway and facility upgrades have begun as to allow for greater capacity and warehousing. We have already increased our injection molding machines, cleanroom assembly operations and are now manufacturing around the clock with a staffed crew. What a difference a few years make and the addition of new partner/customers. More updates to come soon.

Plas-Tech launches new Equinox brand SmarTUB Nested Syringes for the Prefilled Syringe (PFS) market!
These syringes are a direct fit for automated filling lines requiring nested tubs. The designs meet ISO 11040 standards and can be completely customized with your choice of polymers (COC-Topas, COP-Zeon, PC, cPET, PP and more) with soft and rigid caps. These can also be direct printed with graduations or private branding.
Touted as a direct response to the global pandemic demand constraints from large manufacturers of syringes, this product line is ideal for bio and pharma development that require PFS products but find lead times or supply is just not available to them. This brings a new option to the market that has not be available in the past and is still completely customizable- ON DEMAND!
